Introduction

Baseline is a system built to aid researchers with profiling cancer disease course by aggregating, contextualizing, and visualising patients data. Patient data can be related to:

• treatment
• examinations
• samples taken
• sequencing performed
• etc.

By providing this data in a comprehensible manner, we enable researchers to trace the disease course, argue on the effect of treatment and compare different patients.
